In the article, the author describes the experience of a woman who suffered from severe, debilitating rheumatoid arthritis and her eventual treatment with a device which minimized inflammation by simply stimulating the vagus nerve. What this means, is that by activating the vagus nerve which works through the parasympathetic nervous system, we can greatly influence inflammation and the immune system.read more
Those who have gone deep into the lore associated with the UFO and extraterrestrial phenomenon are no doubt aware just how far back the phenomenon may go. Today, the UFO phenomenon is documented quite well, and it’s taken very seriously as, in the past decade alone, it’s gained a tremendous amount of well deserved credibility.read more
Lois' Notes: I have heard it said we do not need to worry about the corona virus. Why? The Pleiadians have created a dust distributed in the air to mutate the virus so that is far less dangerous, and more like a regular case of the flu. Of course, I do not know if...read more

The first of SIX eclipses in one year (!!) is actually a Penumbral Eclipse, i.e. partial, and not a total Lunar Eclipse. So the Queen of the Night sky can look slightly fainter but shine much as she usually does during an ordinary Full Moon.
While all might look fairly normal, the celestial alignments marking a formidable ‘eclipse season’, and the entry into twenty-twenty are actually extremely rare: this is mainly due to ‘The Lights’, the Capricorn Sun and Cancer Moon illuminating an extremely powerful conjunction between some planetary ‘Big Boys’, Saturn and Pluto, which are coming together for the first time in over thirty-five years.read more

After coming dangerously close to the brink of extinction, the humpback whale population in the South Atlantic Ocean has made a stunning rebound, according to scientists.
Around 60 years ago, it was estimated that the western South Atlantic (WSA) humpback whale population had been thinned out to less than 500.
However, a new study published in Royal Society Open Science reveals that the WSA humpbacks, which were “the first major target of commercial whaling in the Antarctic,” now have a population of roughly 24,900 individuals—a breathtaking turnaround for a population that had come remarkably close to disappearing from the world.read more
The word autophagy originates from the Greek words auto-, meaning “self”, and phagein, meaning “to eat”. Thus, autophagy denotes “self eating”. This concept emerged during the 1960’s, when researchers first observed that the cell could destroy its own contents by enclosing it in membranes, forming sack-like vesicles that were transported to a recycling compartment, called the lysosome, for degradation. Difficulties in studying the phenomenon meant that little was known until, in a series of brilliant experiments in the early 1990’s, Yoshinori Ohsumi used baker’s yeast to identify genes essential for autophagy. He then went on to elucidate the underlying mechanisms for autophagy in yeast and showed that similar sophisticated machinery is used in our cells.read more
