Lois’ Notes: If we want to ascend, it is  a good idea to keep the vibration high. Here are some ideas about how to do that, in case you have forgotten.

We’ve all heard it before, the secret to happiness and manifestation is to keep your vibration high.

Whether it is Quantum Physics which explains that everything is made out of vibrating energy fields or the Law of Attraction which explains we need to match our vibrational level to what it is we want to manifest, it is clear that maintaining a high vibration is important to our health and well being.

While this may seem simple to some, to many keeping their vibration high is a constant struggle. There are many influences in our day-to-day lives such as environmental pollution, TV News, toxic people and more, which lower our vibration.

Here is a list of 12 things that I personally use to raise my vibration and stay happy and healthy:

1) Eat High Vibration Foods:

This is a key foundational part of any healthy lifestyle. What do I mean by “high vibration foods”? By that I mean living organic foods that are packed with natural vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other nutrients. When possible it is best to eat foods as close to their natural state as possible. This means whole foods with a minimum of preparation. It is also great to include raw foods. However, since raw foods don’t work well for everyone, when cooking do so at low temperatures and only for as long as is needed. This will help preserve the natural enzymes and nutrition in your foods.

2) Start Juicing:

Juicing is a great way to get the raw vital nutrition and energy from healthy organic fruits and vegetables. You may be skeptical of juicing as I once was, however, after trying it myself I instantly felt the difference. After drinking a glass of fresh organic green juice, my whole body tingles and I have energy for hours!

3) Exercise:

I spend a lot of time sitting down on the computer and with clients. Spending long hours writing and working on the computer is draining. One of the daily practices that help me stay energized is to take breaks and exercise. Even a little bit goes a long way. When I worked for big corporations, I would take a break every once in a while and go walk around the block. Even today I take breaks for yoga, martial arts or even a short walk around the block.

4) Meditation:

I started meditating in college as a way to reduce stress. Though at times I have moved away from it, I always come back to find it is one of the best ways to reduce stress, relax, raise your vibration and check in with your heart and subconscious mind. This is a powerhouse technique.

5) Get Out Into Nature:

Nothing feels better or more natural to us than the vibration of nature. Being out in nature helps remind us of who we really are and what is really important to us. The sunshine, fresh air, trees, flowers, animals and insects all have a vibration, which feels good. Regular doses of nature will go a long way in helping to raise your vibration.
